We had such a positive experience working with Chasing homes, they were always so quick to respond to our emails/texts, super accommodating setting up last minute viewings that worked with our schedule, and made the closing paperwork so seamless. Chase has such great insight on all the houses that he showed us and would give us his honest feedback every time, it was very refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wanted the best place for us. Also-- I don't know where he learned how to negotiate, but the deal he got us on our house still blows my mind. Just when I couldn't stop raving about Chase and Ashley to our friends, the cutest little Christmas ornament arrived from them in the mail, personalized with our name, address and move-in-date...
